Blanco Protein-Powered Banana Bread
3 well ripened, mashed bananas
1/2 c applesauce
2 large eggs
1 T maple syrup
1 t baking soda
1 t baking powder
1/2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips (or chopped nuts)
1 c ground oats (or oat flour)
6 scoops or 3 servings Polar Joe Blanco
dash of cinnamon
1 t vanilla extract

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a loaf pan with non-stick spray. Mix all ingrients together. Do not over mix. Fold in chocolate chips (or chopped nuts). Pour into loaf pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. If browns too quickly, loosely cover with foil. Remove loaf from pan to cool on wire rack.
