Yummy quick post workout snack

This is so good! I have been adding one scoop plain and one scoop matcha to my morning green smoothie. It is also great on its own warm or cold.

Tasty afternoon treat

I have it with milk and it’s my favourite way to get a caffeine bump in the afternoon. This is the first protein powder I’ve liked!

I love how smooth the protein is. I tried it both blended and shaken and the results were nearly identical. No bitter aftertaste either.

My husband and I use it in a smoothie everyday and I also use it in my creami. The flavour is great and it mixes well with just water or milk. Highly recommend.
