So versatile

Love this protein powder. I add it to plain Greek yogurt and add berries and a bit of honey or maple syrup for a sweet treat or put it into my overnight oats for a quick high protein breakfast or lunch.
Side note: Baking it or mixing it with warm oatmeal is not a good idea because the texture gets super rubbery. Just a heads up.

Cara - love your feedback. Trick with any whey protein is to keep the temperature below 70°C, above that temperature and protein denatures and causes what you observed. The hack I use with hot oatmeal (an cold cererals) is to add the protein to milk or non dairy, shake and then pour over the oatmeal - works perfectly. Thanks for taking the time to review!

Excellent Addition to my breakfast!

Love this pure protein powder. I have been adding it to my morning oatmeal to give a protein boost. Mixes well with no aftertaste. Highly recommended!

Was a sceptic

I decided to try the Blanco with water to see if there really was no aftertaste.
Wow! I was pleasantly surprised, was great so I didn't stop there and added a scoop to my plain Greek yogurt, it mixed so good and didn't change the taste at all!
I'm recommending it every time I'm asked, and sometimes when I'm not ☺️
