For nearly two years, I have been a regular customer of Polar Joe, placing an order every two to three months. While a recent order did not meet expectations, as detailed in my previous review, I did receive a follow-up call. Unfortunately, the voicemail was no longer available when I attempted to return the call. Despite this, and understanding that occasional issues can arise, we remained loyal customers and placed another order.
