Great product and customer Oriented

For nearly two years, I have been a regular customer of Polar Joe, placing an order every two to three months. While a recent order did not meet expectations, as detailed in my previous review, I did receive a follow-up call. Unfortunately, the voicemail was no longer available when I attempted to return the call. Despite this, and understanding that occasional issues can arise, we remained loyal customers and placed another order. The most recent order was consistent with our previous positive experiences: prompt, efficient, and as described. We appreciate that the company addressed our feedback, ensuring product availability, timely delivery, and the overall experience we have come to expect.
