A: Polar Joe Blanco is composed only of the base protein contained in the all Polar Joe Cold Brew and Matcha Pro-Tea formulations.

Q: What is so special about the protein utilized in Polar Joe Blanco?
A: Our grass-fed whey protein isolate sourced from New Zealand has the highest protein purity level, lowest lactose level (0.06g/20 g serving) and highest leucine level of any protein available.

Q: To what foods or beverages are Blanco most commonly added?
A: Blanco is easily added to yogurts, juices, cakes/pancakes, milk to pour over hot or cold cereals, smoothies, soups - add it whenever you need to increase the protein level of real food.

Q: How much protein do I need per day?
A: If you are older than 40 years old or highly active, 1.6 g/kg of protein per day is a good guideline. Ex: 68 kg (150 lb) would require 110 g of protein per day.

Q: Can I take all my protein in 1 or 2 servings per day?
A: Protein should be ingested at breakfast, lunch and dinner and possibly as a snack or after a hard workout. Protein is not stored like carbohydrates and must be present when we need it to build muscle.

Q: Where should the majority of my protein come from?
A: The majority of your protein should come from 'Real Food'. If you cannot attain your protein number with real food, consider adding Blanco to your favourite food or beverage.
