Overnight Oats ft. Espresso
Ingredients:
1/2 c oats
1/2 c milk of choice
1 T peanut or almond butter
1 T chia seeds
1 T peanut or almond butter
1 T chia seeds
1 T maple syrup
1 scoop Polar Joe Espresso Protein
1/3 banana
1 T mixed nuts
Directions: Combine the oats, milk, peanut butter, chia seeds, maple syrup and espresso protein in a mason jar. Stir until all ingredients are well blended together. Top with freshly sliced banana and mixed nuts.

Espresso Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c milk
1 T peanut butter
1 T cocoa powder
1 medium frozen banana
1 T peanut butter
1 T cocoa powder
1 medium frozen banana
1 pitted date
1 T vanilla extract
1 scoop Polar Joe Espresso Protein
Directions: Blend all of the ingredients together in blender until you reach your desired consistency.
