Post-Training Recovery

“In the off season most of my training heads indoors. I use Cold Brew as part of my post training recovery process. The taste is amazing - I really look forward to it after every trainer session on the bike. 

I also start every day with Cold Brew as my only morning coffee. I love the low sugar and added protein. In the morning, I add a shot of espresso to it for a double kick of caffeine!”
