Just What I Need!

I try to do some type of workout or physical activity everyday whether it is running, cross country skiing, mountain biking, swimming or even a walk around the block. Fitting it in can be a challenge so I'm often running off to the next activity for work or with my family. Grabbing a post-workout drink like Polar Joe that delivers protein, is easy to prepare and tastes great is just what I need!
