Clean Source of Protein

Phil likes to start most of his training with Cold Brew. 

"It's a clean source of protein and caffeine. It's a nice way to get my energy up and maintain my energy throughout the workout. I tend to use 2-3 scoops, to up the protein level depending on the day or the workout ahead. The nice thing is it mixes very well, without any lumps or clumps. It's nice and smooth with no grit."
